Welcome to www.kunalgraphics.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

Inquiries and Communication​

  • All inquiries related to our services, modifications, customizations, or payments must be communicated via email to ensure clarity and documentation. We encourage clients to provide detailed information regarding their requests to facilitate accurate responses.
  • Communication through phone may also be considered for inquiries; however, an email acknowledgment is required to confirm any details discussed.
  • Before the commencement of a project, any required changes in features or designs must be emailed to us for approval. A final quotation will be provided for any changes requested after the project has started, which will incur additional costs.

Scope of Services

Kunal Graphics offers a variety of design services, including but not limited to:

  • Print Design
  • Digital Design
  • Branding and Identity
  • Web Design
  • Social Media Creative
  • Video Production

The specific services provided will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate the project. This deposit will be applied towards your total project cost. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final delivery of the design files.
  • The design process will typically commence within 5 working days after confirmation of the advance payment. If there are any delays in payment, the project timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Any additional services or modifications requested after the project has started will incur extra charges. The costs for such modifications will be provided in a revised quotation and must be approved in writing before proceeding.

Revisions and Additional Charges

  • Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Any revisions requested beyond this limit will incur additional fees.
  • Additional features or modifications requested after project commencement will also be subject to extra charges. These will be communicated to the client and must be approved before any work proceeds.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made towards services are non-refundable. Once a project has commenced, the advance payment secures your spot in our schedule and covers the resources allocated to your project.
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, the client may request a partial refund of the advance payment, minus any administrative fees incurred.

Project Timeline

  • Kunal Graphics strives to complete projects within the agreed-upon timelines. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including client response times, the complexity of the project, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback, the timeline will be adjusted accordingly, and Kunal Graphics will not be held liable for such delays.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final designs and materials produced by Kunal Graphics. Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with Kunal Graphics.
  • Kunal Graphics reserves the right to showcase the work produced for clients in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

  • Kunal Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any materials provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of information or data, or for any harm that may arise from the use of our services.

Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for any work completed up to the termination date, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
  • Kunal Graphics reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice in cases of violation of these terms, abuse, or harassment.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nagaur, Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagaur.

Modifications to Terms

  • Kunal Graphics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
